  4. How does this work, do we meet the pet sitter in advance?
    Yes, we meet in advance of starting any service. To start service you call or email me to set up a meet and greet meeting at your house. This meeting is free and there is no obligation to use my service. At the meeting I get acquainted with you and your pets. If you decide to retain my services, we sign a service agreement. Which states services provided and the cost to you. And a vet release form – just in case. And I get all the information I would need about your pet and home. You will give me a key and any code I would need. You say when you want to start service, payment is due on the first day of service. You can pay by credit card on this website, or leave cash or check (made out to Village Dog Walking) for me to pick up on the first visit.
  5. Can a pet sitter stay in my home overnight?
    Yes, overnight is $65.00 for the first night, $55.00 each additional night, overnight is 10 hours.
  6. Can my pet stay at the pet sitters home overnight?
    Yes, overnight is $55.00 for the first night, $45.00 each additional night. Pet stays at my home until you return, day & night.
  7. How do I pay for the service?
    You pay for the service in advance. You can leave cash or check (made out to Village Dog Walking) on the counter for me to pick up. Or you can pay with credit card on this website. We can arrange monthly billing, I can send you an invoice by email or leave it on your counter.
  8. Who will be coming into my home?
    I respect your home and your privacy. No other adults, children or pets will come into your home. In case of emergency I do have a backup professional pet sitter/dog walker to cover for me. She is also insured and bonded and will have all the information she needs concerning your pet.
